I've enjoyed working out again. A lot. I love when my body starts to burn. It makes me happy and smile. It improves my mental outlook and I just genuinely feel better about myself.
Last night, though, I decided to give my tummy a break and work my arms.
Especially since I've been getting more and more requests for bicep videos.
This morning I'm regretting my decision. My arms are still very sore from only a dozen or so reps with 10lbs weights but hopefully I'll get a bit more upper body strength in the next few weeks and be able to do the muscle clips!
